Happy Text Mas From Text4Help
Tis the season to take a moment to appreciate the people in your life that love you back. Its simple we take time to do everything that serves our personal nature. Why not take a moment to see how your neighbor is feeling? Or why not take a moment to call or in our case TEXT someone a message of love and support.
At Text4Help we care about you, but more importantly we care about your community as a whole. We may not be able to help everyone but we know we can help every community by advocating and the sharing of positive messages and images. We will also do our best to send out examples so that it can be shared and duplicated.
Let us all partake in TEXT MAS on the next following 364 Days. What does that mean? Well take a second pull out your device of choice. Most likely a cell phone. Now text your Mom, Dad, Uncle, Aunt, or Stranger you met just now lol. Tell them how important they are to you and how much you love them. It is a simple gesture we can add to our daily digital deluge of that may deprive us of the physical contact we so desparately need. Yes remember to take time to give out HUGS as well as TEXTS.
It is days like this we can reflect on the teaching and guidance from our leader Text4Help President Vanessa Williams Drew. She is known for making the statement "Kill em with kindness." We should all take a a lesson from our mothers and learn how to share the joy we seek with others so we may see it return.
